Artist Biography
Architect · Filmmaker · AI Artist
Peter Obscy is a San Francisco–based senior interior architect and filmmaker, moving between physical space and cinematic worlds. His work is driven by a constant question: how does something feel before it is understood?
He approaches architecture not just as structure, but as atmosphere. Spaces are composed with intention, shaped through light, proportion, and material to create a quiet emotional impact. Working on high-end residential projects, he develops designs from concept to execution with a focus on clarity, precision, and experience, often using cinematic visualization as a tool to communicate what drawings alone cannot.
Alongside his architectural work, Peter builds films and digital worlds that explore identity, perception, and the tension between reality and illusion. As a filmmaker and AI artist, he combines CGI, virtual production, and emerging technologies to construct stories that are layered, symbolic, and meant to be discovered over time rather than consumed once.
His work has been recognized for its originality, including acknowledgment from Hans Zimmer, reflecting a practice that sits between disciplines rather than inside one.
At the core, both paths are the same.
Whether it is a space or a film, the goal is not just to show something, but to make you feel that you’ve stepped into it.
